These Terms of Service govern the relationship between participants and the FinanzSpuren Institut. By enrolling or purchasing from the Institut you agree to these terms.

1. Registrations and Contact

2. Services

The Institut offers interactive live sessions, workshops, and coaching in economic theory and practice. All bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Sessions may be attended in person or online based on selection.

Transfers: Participants may transfer a booked session to another individual subject to approval and provided notice is given at least 7 days before the session date. No additional fee is applied for transfers.

Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted no later than 7 days before the start date. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Sessions delivered live or on demand without cancellation at least 7 days prior are not eligible for refunds due to the preparatory resources allocated.

3. Digital Learning Materials

Digital courses, manuals, and resources are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access credentials or download links will be provided via email.

Refunds: Digital products are eligible for a full refund if a request is made within 14 days after access credentials are sent, provided less than 30% of materials have been accessed. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days.

Transfers: License transfers to a colleague or third party are possible within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us via the contact form to initiate a transfer. A handling fee of CHF 20 applies.

4. Physical Products

Our selection of printed books and study kits may be purchased online and shipped to your address.

Shipping: Items are dispatched within 5 business days. Risk and liability pass upon handover to the shipping company.

Shipping back and Refunds: If the item is damaged or does not match the description, you may ship it back within 30 days in its original packaging. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping back costs are covered by the Institut in cases of defect or error. For other cases, shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility.

5. General Refund Policy

All refund requests must be sent to our team via the contact form. Refunds are processed to the original payment source. In cases where the original method is unavailable, a check or voucher equivalent to the purchase amount will be issued.

No refunds are provided for completed services, fully accessed digital products, or shipped physical items beyond the specified periods. We allocate resources in advance to ensure high quality delivery.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify session dates, course content, or product specifications. Participants will be notified at least 14 days in advance. If a session is canceled by the Institut, you may choose a full refund or transfer to an equivalent offering.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Basel-Stadt.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our site and effective upon publication.
